and the last one, (the black one) who is?from whar army is?

Presumably the black guy is an askari from the Sudan Defence Force, a part of the Eighth Army. The turban is not the regulation one, but he does wear puttees. Again, he's not wearing the pre-War uniform, but that's hardly surprising.
